I recently had the pleasure of visiting Enter Gallery, and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I stepped foot into the shop to the delivery of my purchase, the level of service provided was exceptional. Upon entering the gallery, I was immediately greeted by Tim. He took the time to understand my preferences and interests, guiding me through the various artworks on display. His expertise and passion for art were evident, as he shared interesting anecdotes and insights about the artists and their works. What impressed me the most was the staff's genuine interest in helping me find the perfect piece for my home. They patiently answered all my questions, offering valuable advice and suggestions without any hint of pushiness. It was refreshing to feel like my satisfaction was their top priority, rather than simply making a sale. Once I had made my selection, the process of purchasing and arranging delivery was seamless. 0% Finance option is very helpful, and I could spread the cost of a year. The staff efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork, ensuring a hassle-free transaction. They even provided me with updates on the progress of my delivery, keeping me informed every step of the way. When the day of delivery arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care taken to ensure the artwork arrived in pristine condition. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and handled the piece with utmost care. I would highly recommend Enter Gallery to anyone in search of a remarkable art-buying experience.

Enter gallery have gone above and beyond, especially Tim. So so happy with the mega helpful, friendly service. Purchased a piece from them, but then I got a couple of other pieces at an online auction, one of which was heavily damaged, Tim arranged for restoration which has been amazing and very reasonably priced, I then had the new pieces reframed through enter gallery so they look great.... I am having cancer treatment so they kept hold of the artwork for me until I could arrange to pick it up. They have always been so responsive! Thank you Enter Gallery :)

I purchased a Slim Aarons in the largest size. I was reassured that the quality would be sharp and vibrant despite the scale. I was very disappointed when I received my online purchase, a gift for my wife, to discover the image was in fact incredibly soft and blurry. The colours were also dull. I took a close up photo and sent this to the gallery. They explained that Getty own the negative and this is the best quality image possible. I would have understood if that had been made clear online first. If for example Enter Gallery would display the exact quality thumbnails next to each size which truly represents the output before people purchase, this would be fair and reasonable. They offered to exchange it with another artist but refused to provide a refund. I find this deceptive and completely unfair. When you buy something online, you can't accurately tell what the quality will be. Their attitude was dismissive and they also kept reaffirming it was Getty Images who have said it's the best it can be. Completely missing the point of misrepresentation. I have bought art for years and this is the first time I have received such poor quality and service. Please don't risk buying art from this Gallery.

Had a fantastic experience at Enter Gallery today. Served by Tim who provided excellent information and service regarding an artist we were interested in, this time being Cassandra Yap. Tim went above and beyond showing us a variety of additional pieces not on display resulting in finding a great addition to our collection. We regularly visit Enter gallery to view any recent additions and would recommend this gallery to anyone interested in beginning or continuing a collection of excellent artists.
